Revealed!! What is it Wednesday November 1, 2023

Yesterday's plant proved to be a little tricky. While I am sure that everyone has seen this plant, the zoomed in picture is probably much closer in detail than anyone has cared to look before.


What's the plant? Muhly Grass!! This clumping grass is a Florida Native that is a long lived perennial. Until the fall, it looks just like every other clumping grass often used in landscape borders and by trees. But then... BOOM.... fall hits and the plant explodes flowers giving it a wispy or feathery pink color.
