Hello everyone and welcome back to another #WhatIsItWednesday !!

Sorry for missing last week. We had a lot going on with our backyard chickens. This week for #WhatIsItWednesday , we are asking you to identify the plant in the video below. This is a FL native plant that I think many of you will probably not know. That means this is going to be a tougher week than most. So phone a friend, use a google search, or whatever you need to do to try and identify this plant.

This Florida Native is a long-lived perennial that thrives in the shade. It only reaches about 3-5 ft tall at maturity. The white flowers and green foliage make a great contrast to other plants. The red berries stand out and are enjoyed by wildlife.

Take a hard look at the flowers, leaves, and stems to help you identify this plant correctly. It has a few look-alikes that may lead you to a wrong answer.
