Okinawa Spinach is an ideal leafy green for any garden or food forest. In Florida, it can be grown all year. The leaves are a dark green with a purple belly bringing unique color  contrasts in foodscapes. 
Edible Uses:
Leaves can be eaten raw in salads or cooked in stirfry. Leaves can also be used to add nutrition to shakes.
Tender stems can be used to replace celery in most recipes

Any damaged packages, damaged plants, dead plants or irregular shipping patterns should be claimed through the USPS insurance claims system. All orders come with a standard insurance of up to $100.00. You will need to provide the following for an insurance claim:
