This is a Florida Native Pennyroyal. It is endemic to Florida with only a few observations in southern GA. The flowers are a nice lavender color and this plant is a perennial. It will bloom heavy in spring but also can bloom  throughout the year. It likes water until established. Afterwards, it can tolerate periodic droughts. Pennyroyal attracts pollinators and can also be used to make tea. The leaves are similar to mint and have a menthol flavor. 
 
Native to many countries. Our species is native to only FL. 
Natural range in FL includes Northeast FL down to Southeast Fl
Enjoys and blooms best in full sun. We grow it well in part shade too. 
Prefers sandy soils that do not get completely dry. We found that it grows well in pots. 
Grows best in zones 9-10
