This tall and leggy FL native wildflower is a short lived perennial that self seeds itself. It is great to intermix in native clumping grasses, as the flowers will add a blast of color over the grass. Butterflies and bees love it as a pollin source. Flowers best in full sun and tolerates some drought. Naturall found growing down the west coast of Florida and the pan-handle.
